Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking before 7 days, you can get a voucher equal to 100% of the amount you can use when you want, or you can choose to change the day of your booking (based on our availability) with no additional cost.
If you cancel between 6-4 days before, you can get a voucher of the 50% of the amount you can use when you want, or you can choose to change the day of your booking (based on our availability) with no additional cost.
If you cancel between 3-2 days before, you can get a voucher of the 25% of the amount, to use when you want.
After that, there’s no voucher or chance to re-schedule the booking.
